• Investigated customer needs through Benchmarking, Kano Analysis and Pugh Diagrams on overall vehicle system and on instrument panel subsystem to derive functional requirements, to be implemented in a future design of Chrysler Pacifica Model Year 2022, using Quality Function Deployment. Assessed trade-offs of design implementations by cascading requirements to interface matrix.

• Developed a business plan, gantt chart and V-Model and proposed vehicle technology plan with a full vehicle package model as per SAE J1100.

• Incorporated a systems engineering approach for every stage involved in the project.
