•Investigated customer needs through Benchmarking, Kano Analysis, Pugh Diagrams and QFD to develop targets for interior package specifications of the center console of 2006 BMW 325i.

• Developed a full vehicle package model for a new entry in Full-size pickup truck segment using SAE J1100 and functional anthropometric ASPECT model by UMTRI.

•Analyzed interior and mechanical package of seating system using interface matrices, for BMW 325i. Package, Ergonomic, Manufacturability and Assembly, Safety and cost trade-offs were considered for recommending changes and improvements.

• Evaluated vehicle package for direct and in-direct FOV in the mid-size segment using quantitative, graphical projection method, and quantitative, Thurstone’s evaluation method, to identify the best design for pillar obscuration from ergonomic and packaging perspectives
